career

Between 70 and 80 young university graduates begin their careers at Øl Research annually. As project assistants, they broaden and deepen their professional knowledge and skills during their first two years of employment, and learn new personal skills. Courses in the area of personal effectiveness, working in project teams and basic project management skills support this process. The career paths open to employees after this orientation period depend primarily on each individualís personal ambitions and capacities.

An ample range of career options and opportunities are open to you as an employee of Øl Research. We can offer you the means to develop into a specialist or a generalist as you work on projects with colleagues with widely divergent backgrounds, experience and skills, or help you to become a skilled professional consultant.

Thanks largely to its flexibility, Øl Research is able to offer a professional work environment that remains challenging and interesting. Once you enter a career path at Øl Research, you are not locked into it. Not only do we allow our employees to develop their personal and professional skills by moving from one career path to another, the international presence of Øl N.V. makes it possible for our employees to move into exciting careers in other parts of the world.
